Moodle support for students

When a student has questions related to Moodle, direct them to use the Moodle instructions for students. You can also link to them from your Moodle area. In addition, students get to know the use of Moodle in the mandatory Student digital skills course, which is recommended to be done right at the beginning of the studies.

There is also available a Moodle practice course, where you can try Moodle's functions as a student.

If a student has problems logging into Moodle, the problem may be with the University of Helsinki username. Helpdesk helps students with questions related to user accounts, such as how to activate the account.
