University Services include the local service teams on the different campuses and general services ranging from teaching and student services to research, communications and HR services. The contact details and services of University Services are available on Flamma.

The teaching and teaching development experts of the degree programmes have a separate Flamma Workgroup. The site includes a list of the teaching support experts of each degree programme and their task descriptions. The lists are intended to facilitate finding expert help for developing the degree programmes and for daily activities.

On the Flamma page How to communicate to students, you will find instructions on student communications, aimed at all teachers and other staff members. When you want to send a notification to the students in your degree programme, you can contact the education planning officer for assistance. The student communications team (opiskelijaviestinta@helsinki.fi) also offers support for publishing bulletins for degree programmes, when needed.
